These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between xv666 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service made available through xv666.io. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. Please read them carefully and in full before using the xv666 platform. 1. Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the xv666 website (xv666.io), any associated mobile interfaces, and all products and services offered through those channels.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it converts to withdrawable funds.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "AML" (Anti-Money Laundering) refers to the policies and procedures xv666 applies to detect, prevent, and report suspicious financial activity.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all Account balances and transactions are denominated on the Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to the voluntary restriction a Player may apply to their own Account to prevent access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the xv666 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. xv666 applies robust age-verification procedures and reserves the right to request official documentation at any time to confirm a Player's age. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds held within the Account will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, net of any bonuses credited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The xv666 Platform is operated for players in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a location where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by any applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the xv666 Platform. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. xv666 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, xv666 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts and forfeit any bonus balances held within them.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Any material misrepresentation in your registration details constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. xv666 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, SMS, or WhatsApp. All activity conducted using valid Account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xv666 immediately by contacting support at [email protected] or via the 24/7 Live Chat function. xv666 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal is processed, xv666 requires Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process requires the submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the past three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (where applicable)

xv666 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion at any point during a Player's account lifecycle, including prior to processing large withdrawals or in response to suspicious activity indicators.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An Account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. xv666 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period, in accordance with applicable law, to cover the costs of maintaining the Account record. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fee is applied. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

xv666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of their Account for current supported options.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the Cashier section of the Player's Account and may be adjusted based on Account verification status and transaction history.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

xv666 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions submitted by verified Accounts. Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals may extend to one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. xv666 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking intermediaries.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same Account, or to a verified payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. xv666 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, AML review, or investigation into suspected fraudulent activity.

4.5 Currency

All Account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xv666 does not apply currency conversion fees. Any currency conversion charges levied by a Player's bank or mobile financial service provider are outside the control of xv666 and are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted and becomes binding only when xv666 issues a confirmed bet receipt displaying a unique bet reference number. Bets that have not been confirmed by the Platform — for example, due to a system error, connectivity failure, or market suspension — are void and no financial obligation arises from them.

5.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official results of the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. For cricket, xv666 uses the official scorecard published by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), or the relevant series governing body. In the event of any discrepancy, xv666's decision regarding settlement is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 13.

5.3 Void Bets

xv666 reserves the right to void any bet where: the market was offered in error or at a clearly incorrect price; the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the time window specified in the relevant sport's rules; the outcome has been determined by illegal means, including match-fixing or spot-fixing; or a system error has resulted in an incorrect bet being confirmed. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0, meaning the original stake is returned to the Player's Account.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. xv666 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without prior notice. Bets placed on suspended in-play markets will be rejected and the stake returned. Players acknowledge that in-play odds may fluctuate rapidly and that the Platform is not liable for any delay between the real-world state of play and the odds displayed on screen.

5.5 Prohibited Betting Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xv666 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and possible legal referral:

• Placing bets with advance knowledge of an irregular or manipulated outcome
• Coordinated betting activity involving multiple Accounts to exploit pricing errors or promotional offers
• Using automated betting software, bots, or algorithmic tools to place bets without human intervention
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple platforms
• Any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage

6. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on the xv666 Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each individual game are those published by the game provider and displayed within the game interface. xv666 does not modify the rules, payout percentages, or Random Number Generator (RNG) settings of any third-party game. All game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG systems and live dealer processes, and are not influenced by xv666 or any xv666 employee.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, all affected game rounds will be declared void and stakes returned to the Player's real-money Balance. Winnings generated during a malfunctioning game round are not payable. xv666 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's own device or internet connectivity failures during a game session.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the xv666 Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amount, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet size while a bonus is active, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type — typically, slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

xv666 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived from it where the Platform reasonably believes a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing bets on both sides of a market using promotional funds; using automated tools to meet wagering requirements; or any other conduct designed to exploit a promotion in a manner not intended by xv666.

7.4 Seasonal Promotions

xv666 periodically offers enhanced promotions tied to specific events in the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day, and Durga Puja. These promotions are offered at xv666's sole discretion, are subject to availability, and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice. Participation in any seasonal promotion constitutes acceptance of the promotion-specific terms.

8. Security & Fraud Prevention

xv666 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire Platform and applies continuous real-time monitoring for indicators of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns, multiple failed login attempts, access from atypical geographic locations, and coordinated multi-account activity. Where suspicious activity is detected, xv666 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an Account pending investigation without prior notice to the Account holder.

xv666 is committed to full compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Where required by law or internal policy, xv666 may request that a Player provide a formal explanation of the source of funds used to fund their Account. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities where required.

9. Responsible Gaming

xv666 is genuinely committed to promoting responsible and sustainable gambling behaviour among all players on the Platform. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and must never be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. xv666 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players, accessible directly from the Account dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Alerts: Automatic notifications after a defined session duration, reminding the Player of time spent on the Platform.
• Loss Limits: A ceiling on the maximum amount a Player may lose within a defined time period.

Responsible gaming limits that restrict a Player's activity (deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off, self-exclusion) take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed or reduced before the nominated period expires. Requests to increase limits or lift exclusions are subject to a mandatory 7-day reflection period before taking effect. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the xv666 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data feeds, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of xv666 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from xv666 is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xv666 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes losses arising from: system downtime or technical malfunctions; delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers; unauthorised Account access resulting from a Player's failure to secure their credentials; or any reliance placed by a Player on information published on the Platform.

xv666's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms limits xv666's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination & Suspension

xv666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where xv666 reasonably believes that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player has provided false or misleading registration information; the Account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; or continued operation of the Account poses a risk to xv666, other players, or third parties.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review. A Player may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days.

13. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the xv666 Platform, including a bet settlement, payment, bonus, or Account decision, you should contact xv666 support in the first instance via the 24/7 Live Chat function or by email at [email protected]. All formal complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. xv666 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 24 hours and will aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days.

xv666's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding, subject to the right of the Player to escalate an unresolved complaint through any applicable external dispute resolution process. All dispute resolution communications will be conducted in English.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and the relationship between xv666 and the Player shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant competent authority. Nothing in this clause limits the rights of a Player under any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Player's country of residence.

15. Amendments to These Terms

xv666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, xv666 will notify registered Players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the amended Terms come into effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the changes. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with Section 12.

The version of the Terms published on the xv666 Platform at any given time is the version currently in force. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version entered into force.
